Fillmore
is based in Alameda, California with a second office in San Diego. We
tend to favor hiring people who are based in one of these two
locations as it helps build greater community within the firm. Our
clients are located throughout the United States, and our engagements
often require a significant amount of on-site work.

Fillmore is a flat organization primarily oriented around the engagement teams that we assemble for each client. Roles and assignments differ from one project to the next depending upon the industry and technical expertise required, geography, and timing.
In traditional terms, engagement teams are composed of project managers, business analysts, technical architects, developers, and interface designers.
